REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Kamya Luxē, we maintain high standards of quality and hygiene. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are damaged during transit or are defective upon arrival.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return/replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been delivered in a damaged or defective state.
  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. REPORTING A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Take Photos/Videos: Capture clear images or a video of the damaged product and the shipping box it arrived in.
  2. Email Us: Send the evidence to kamyaluxe@gmail.com with your Order Number and the subject line: “Damaged Product Claim
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.
